Job Description

Dog Tag Bakery is looking to expand our pastry team! Join the organization that’s “Baking a Difference” and empowering veterans and military families. Dog Tag Bakery Holiday Team Member position is a temporary role for approximately 4 weeks. As a seasonal employee, the Holiday Basket Coordinator is responsible for helping with the coordination, procurement, organization, fulfillment and SOP’s of the Holiday Basket project to Dog Tag Bakery specifications.

We expect the Holiday Basket Coordinator to be available Monday - Friday for the hours listed


November 9 - November 20 (15 hours/wk)

November 23 - December 23 (40 hours/wk)


  • Strong organizational, management, and communication skills
  • Clear understanding and enthusiasm for Dog Tag Inc. mission
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Works well under pressure
  • Quickly recognize and resolve problems
  • Must operate machinery in a safe manner and report unsafe conditions
  • Must be able to multi-task effectively
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
  • Must have flexibility in schedule
  • Highly responsible, punctual and reliable
  • Must strong Excel and google drive skills


Please find listed below the various tasks and action items (in no particular order) associated with the project.

  • Assist in the management of temporary workers and volunteers
  • Maintain standards in product and packaging
  • Organize production lists for temporary workers and volunteers
  • Record hours of work for temporary workers
  • Coordinate with fulfillment center on pick up and delivery as well as Dog Tag kitchen for
  • production levels
  • Help with the input of bulk orders
  • Keep accurate inventory of supplies
  • Assist Project Manager with administrative duties when needed
