Job Description

Doctor On Demand is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives, translate business vision into actionable plans, ensure cross functional alignment and communication, and deliver successful launches. This position reports into the Product team, and is responsible for working closely with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Go To Market, and Legal to deliver high-value projects. This role will report to the Director of Program Management.

What you will do:

  • Build, maintain, and communicate launch plans and track timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies for various projects, integrations, and partnerships

  • Ensure the timely delivery of internal projects and lead cross-team planning by working closely with teams comprised of engineers, product managers, and designers

  • Work with external partners and vendors to collaborate on resource alignment, timelines, and dependencies

  • Communicate plans, status, risks (and mitigations) to all stakeholders

  • Escalate urgent issues appropriately and drive them to closure

  • Help teams estimate and decompose complex projects into manageable parts with delivery plans, and track progress against those plans.

  • Develop best practices for project execution

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years working as a program manager, product manager, or consultant for a software development company

  • Familiarity with different methodologies with a preference for agile

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, external partners, and leaders

  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

  • Ability to adapt and change with the needs of the organization and business

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States as no sponsorship is available for this position
