Doctor On Demand’s product team is growing, and we’re looking for a senior product manager with a passion for making a difference in people's lives. We’re solving big problems through the intersection of design and technology -- problems that give you autonomy to build meaningful solutions across the company.
The Senior Product Manager will oversee the foundation of our healthcare integrations. Our revenue cycle and data integration teams works closely with ecosystem partners to bring in real time data (price, claims, records) that can all be used to create great patient experiences. You’ll help evaluate new partners, new sources of data, and you’ll figure out how to integrate them into our patient and provider apps.
Deliver data-driven recommendations for our revenue cycle products and data integration products.
Balance the needs of patient experiences and conversions with the goals of revenue collection and insurance integrations
Partner closely with our Revenue Cycle team to understand and evaluate opportunities for increased transparency and accuracy in payments.
Develop and maintain a roadmap balancing new partner integrations, process enhancements, and technical debt.
Work with engineering and analytics to develop and test hypotheses for simplifying and improving complex healthcare problems.
Help improve patient outcomes through new data integrations with our partners - leveraging claims, real-time record transfers, and other data sources
7+ years of experience leading a product life cycle and working with engineering.
3+ years of experience in health care or a related industry
Revenue cycle or data analyst experience
Innovative thinker with intellectual curiosity and a desire for developing new solutions and tools
Experience working with multiple stakeholders to create a comprehensive and achievable strategy to tackle a given problem.
Experience delivering products and showing the impact of the work you have done.
