Job Description:

We are looking for a proven Sales Proposal and Content Manager/Writer to be an integral part of the Marketing and Sales Team. Our Sales Proposal and Content Manager/Writer will collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop targeted RFP responses, proposals, and compelling marketing content. This team member should be a detail-oriented, self-starter who possesses strong organizational and writing skills as well as the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support RFP responses and sales proposals through submission 

  • Write clear, concise RFP responses and sales proposals to support key themes and client-specific sales strategies

  • Develop and maintain an efficient system to catalog content 

  • Coordinate RFP and proposal development and approvals

  • Review RFPs to identify submission requirements, interpret questions, and clarify questions with the issuer

  • Create and manage a project plan including establishing internal deadlines to meet proposal schedule/due date

  • Edit content for clarity and consistency

  • Proofread content for spelling and grammar 

  • Assemble final response/proposal packages with a consistent format and template in line with our brand identity

  • Develop thought leadership content and white papers related to our product offerings and outcomes

  • Write marketing content that clearly articulates our product’s benefits and supports strategic positioning

  • Prepare presentations 

Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Technical Writing, English or a related field

  • 5-7 years of experience in proposal and marketing content development

  • 4+ years experience with RFP/Proposal management and development

  • Strong preference for healthcare and tech/mobile industry experience, especially marketing to health plans and/or employers
