Job Summary: 

This role is responsible for owning and driving patient registration and utilization by working closely with Doctor On Demand’s network of Health Plan and Employer groups by having a “consultant” mindset. A successful candidate will be able to understand the client’s goals and build a strategic plan to achieve. The plans would primarily focus on owned channels and will also include communication cadence planning, targeting/optimization, and end-to-end segmentation. The candidate will be responsible for executing, optimizating, and targeting strategy of outbound ad-hoc and automated email/direct mail, mobile and site targeted content campaigns, managing production workflow in collaboration with cross-functional teams and identifying opportunities to maximize efficiencies. . They will help to maintain and increase customer engagement and conversion by developing a stronger long-term relationship with our customers through partner marketing relationships , awareness building, conversion metrics, and promotional activity. The candidate will provide business insights to both the client and Doctor On Demand.. They will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, capable of dealing with ambiguity, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and management.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Intimately understand the onboarding/implementation of Doctor On Demand to HealthPlan and Employer clients

  • Understand client member funnel and life cycle, identify gaps and opportunities to positively influence conversion and engagement through B2B2C mindset

  •  

  • Develop and execute client marketing campaigns to meet annual, quarterly, and monthly business goals & KPIs

  • Leverage A/B tests of subject lines, message content, images, offers, landing pages, and mailing frequency to improve client program metrics

  • Evaluate and potentially onboard new technology and systems as needed to support strategies

  • Understanding of brand positioning and ability to develop creative messaging strategy across client marketing channels

  • Develop segmentation strategies to customize execution tactics and messaging to users based on behavioral data and email engagement data

  • Collaborate across internal teams, working closely with the broader marketing team, product, finance, data and client success team

  • Continually work to understand all marketing channels to drive registration and utilization for Doctor On Demand’s clients  through targeting strategy, relevancy, and analysis

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Successful track-record developing marketing programs, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets

  • Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations

  • Ability to form cross-functional relationships with the entire organization, particularly product development. This requires a collaborative spirit, compatible with company culture

  • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to think critically and communicate complex information is required
