The Finance Manager, OPEX will be an essential part of the company's planning, forecasting and reporting process. This position owns all aspects of planning, budgeting and forecasting of our operational expenses(OPEX) and headcount. Successful candidates will excel in an unstructured environment, can juggle multiple business units and projects at a time, find creative ways to tackle ambiguous problems and can implement best in class processes. You will have a large impact within a lean but growing finance organization.
Provides support to the Director of FP&A and CFO on the annual plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and regular monthly and quarterly reporting to CEO and Board of Directors.
Create strong business partnerships with business leaders across the company.
Partner with business leaders to develop an annual budget and a quarterly reforecast for OPEX and headcount.
Perform monthly variance and performance analysis against budgets and forecast to help business partners effectively manage their OPEX budgets, assess risk and opportunities and support their business decisions
Manage reporting and analysis of Headcount
Provide financial assessments and guidance for new projects and business cases
Partner with accounting team to enable efficient and timely financial close process
Provide insight and support to the accounting team for monthly accruals
Drive continual process improvement leveraging best practices, and automation to scale the business.

Strong understanding of Financial Modeling, Financial Statements and Accrual Accounting Concepts
Strong business acumen
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail
Ability to problem-solve individually and in a group setting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to perform detailed modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
Education and Experience:
Must have a BS or MS in a business-related or quantitative field
Minimum of 5+ years of work experience; with 3+ years of experience in FP&A in (a) finance business partners role(s) for a business or a Business Unit in a large corporation; with prior experience in a fast growing organization
Be a core leading member of a small and dynamic Finance team
