The Corporate Paralegal will assist Doctor On Demand’s legal department in many facets of contracting and corporate law. The candidate’s responsibilities will include reviewing and revising contracts and providing corporate paralegal support for the legal department across a range of areas such as maintaining records, preparing corporate documents, drafting legal correspondence, preparing regulatory filings, and assisting in the procurement and management of vendors. The candidate will perform an essential role in the legal department of a fast-growing company. This position will be remote for 6-18 months . Post COVID-19 this position will be located at our corporate office in Arlington, VA.
Provide contract support for standard corporate agreements, such as services agreements, provider agreements, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
Prepare and maintain corporate documents and regulatory filings relating to the management of Doctor On Demand Professionals and its affiliated organizations.
Maintain and update records in document management databases, including contracts, corporate records, and meeting minutes.
Assist in the development, generation, maintenance, and refinement of forms, processes, and procedures essential to the Company’s legal function.
Conduct basic legal and business research.
Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience in a field that develops the skills required for the functions and responsibilities of the position required
Minimum of 4 years experience in paralegal role required
2-3 years of demonstrated experience within an in-house legal or corporate paralegal role preferred
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
