Job Summary:

As the Communications Coordinator, you will support all corporate communications efforts across the organization. You will help us share and amplify Doctor On Demand’s corporate story to key audiences to ensure a steady drumbeat of media coverage and thought leadership. The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing communications strategies, drafting press materials, and managing media relations. The Communications Coordinator will play a critical supporting role on the corporate marketing and broader go-to-market team. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of media strategies and campaigns across B2B and DTC audiences

  • Draft written materials, including press releases, briefing materials, pitches, FAQs, and more

  • Oversee the calendar and submission process for conferences, awards, and speaking engagements

  • Manage and own database of patient and physician testimonials

  • Identify data and statistics to support storytelling efforts

  • Partner closely with external PR agency to manage monthly priorities and campaign efforts 

  • Manage inbound media inquiries and requests

  • Support corporate marketing campaign efforts

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5+ years in Marketing and/or Communications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and tone

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Experience working collaboratively with internal and external teams, PR agency management a plus

  • Energetic, motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Creative thinker, problem solver and project management abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree required
