About the Job

The Clinical Operations Coordinator will work closely with clinical leadership and cross functional teams in various responsibilities relating to the on-boarding of new clinicians.  The Clinical Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for clinician scheduling and additional projects within the Clinical Operations department. This person will be critical in both clinician satisfaction and ensuring our patients have access to high quality care when they need it.



  • On-boarding activities related to the hiring of new clinicians, including system set-up, coordinating of trainings, verification of credentials, etc 

  • Responding to and making clinician scheduling adjustment requests

  • Coordinating large scale practice initiatives, such as contract amendment changes, payroll related projects and clinician satisfaction surveys

  • Scheduling and coordination of various practice-wide activities, such as trainings, meetings and conferences

  • Additional projects and tasks as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to quickly adapt to change

  • Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Able to collaborate effectively cross functionally

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, able to interface effectively with the best medical practitioners in the nation.

  • Proficient in Google systems, including Google Sheets (Excel)

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision for 40 hours a week
