This is an immediate opening, part-time (10-15 hrs/week in SF office), entry level marketing operations support role to help our Marketing team with account data, customer research, reports, and other projects.


  • Provide day to day support in our CRM platform - Salesforce
  • Set up new accounts and contact profiles, and reconcile existing customer records and data
  • Assist the sales team with ongoing administrative and operational tasks
  • Manage and import data from data providers such as ZoomInfo and ZenIQ
  • Support and contribute to various projects and reporting requests

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or pursuit towards Bachelors Degree 
  • Strong knowledge of & Excel
  • Strong business understanding and business acumen
  • Experience in sales/business operations/analytics
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passion for data integrity, always finding ways to improve data quality and insights
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape
  • Must be able to work onsite at the Directly headquarters in San Francisco
