Directly’s expert-powered chatbots reward your power users for optimizing automatic answers and personally answering customer questions. World-class companies like Airbnb, Autodesk, LinkedIn, SAP, and Samsung are leveraging Directly’s unique expert-powered model to reduce contact center volumes and costs (50-90%) and deliver an amazing customer experience (CSAT increases of 10-20 points) with a minimal burden on their internal teams. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you must have a proven track record of enterprise sales experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and an understanding of navigating sales in a new marketplace. As a trusted sales expert, you consult potential customers to understand their needs and position Directly as a key solution in their customer care stack.
We are looking for team members who understand complex sales and have a firm understanding of the startup ecosystem. You are a self starter and have a track record over-achieving quota. You are excited about juggling multiple projects and working really hard at a small but rapidly growing startup.
We’re looking for exceptionally talented and motivated individuals to help us build the world’s best sales force to evangelize a new customer support model. You'll be teaming up with sales development reps as well as other cross functions such as product, engineering and customer success.
Ability to evangelize new concepts with proven track record selling in new markets
Excellent presentation and communication skills, including adapting pitch decks
Proven experience navigating the sales process across the life cycle of the sale
Ability to envision, articulate and propose compelling solutions
Tech-savvy with the ability to give strong demos live and via webcast
Experience successfully selling to enterprise accounts with more than 1000 employees
Work with our customer success team to ensure maximum client satisfaction
Outstanding work ethic
Passionate about sharing a disruptive business model in an on-demand economy
Experience selling to VP of Customer Care, CX, Contact Center Support is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of solution selling
