Senior Product Manager

Product Management | Remote | Full Time | From $140,000 to $150,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve our Managed Security Services portfolio, including Managed EDR, XDR, and SOAR, delivered through our next-generation security platform. This role sits at the intersection of product-led SaaS development and service product management, ensuring that platform features, service offerings, and commercial models are tightly integrated and market-leading. You will be accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market discovery and customer insight to roadmap definition, execution, and go-to-market enablement. This role requires deep collaboration across Engineering, Security Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Strategy & Market Leadership

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Managed EDR, XDR, and SOAR platform capabilities and associated managed services

• Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform strategy

• Translate market and customer needs into a clear product strategy, positioning, and differentiation

• Track industry trends across cybersecurity, MDR, automation, AI-assisted security operations, and compliance


Platform Product Management (SaaS)

• Define and maintain:

• Personas (SOC analysts, security leaders, IT admins, executives)

• User journeys and workflows across detection, investigation, response, and reporting

• Create and manage:

• Epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Prioritized backlogs aligned to business outcomes

• Lead release planning, sprint readiness, and roadmap execution in partnership with Engineering

• Drive commit cycles (business commit → concept commit → execute commit) with measurable outcomes


Managed Services Product Management


• Define and evolve managed service offerings, including:

• Service scope and characteristics

• SLAs, response times, escalation models

• Service tiers and packaging

• Develop commercial artifacts, including:

• SKUs and service bundles

• Pricing models (per endpoint, per user, per tenant)

• Create internal positioning guides, service descriptions, and enablement materials


Go-to-Market & Enablement


• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on:

• Product and service positioning

• Buyer and persona-specific messaging

• Competitive battlecards and differentiation

• Support customer-facing teams with:

• Product training

• Roadmap briefings

• Feedback loops from the field



Required Qualifications


• 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or platform products

• Proven experience owning managed services or service-enabled platforms

• Deep understanding of:

• EDR, XDR, MDR, and SOC operations

• Security automation and SOAR concepts

• Hands-on experience with Aha! for roadmap and release management

• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer and business value

• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Security Ops, Sales, and Finance

• Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, Zero Trust architectures

In accordance with applicable state laws, we are providing a good-faith estimate of the compensation range for this role. The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000, plus a 10% annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and location. This position may also be eligible for bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
