Digital Media Planner

Digital Surgeons is looking for a Digital Media Planner to join the team. The ideal candidate is a paid media mastermind with creative chops and an insane passion for analytics and strategy. They’ll be our digital architect on some of our key accounts. They will learn what makes specific audiences tick, develop targeted campaigns, pull the right levers and measure throughout.

The primary function of this position is to ensure that expectations and performance metrics of digital services are achieved. You will work closely with our account management and creative strategy teams to execute, manage and optimize digital campaigns. You will ensure strategy, goals, and objectives are aligned, enhanced, and integrated.

What you’ll do:

  • Measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending improvements for future digital and social media campaigns

  • Manage campaign budgets and advise on recommended campaign optimization

  • Ensure campaign delivery, performance and client goals are being fulfilled as scheduled

  • Plan and manage allocated campaigns and implement new initiatives that meet/exceed client KPIs

  • ‪Manage Social SEM/PPC, retargeting, and other digital marketing channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

  • Implement and execute all paid Social Media marketing campaigns, including paid search, retargeting and display advertising.

  • ‪Monitor and optimize all campaigns on a daily, and weekly basis to meet spend revenue and lead volume goals for ROI

  • ‪Review SEM data for keyword insights and trends.

  • ‪Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other aspects of paid search.

  • ‪Analyze and discuss Paid / Social Media Marketing strategies, results and ROI with clients during status meetings.

  • Conduct keyword, trend, and audience research

  • Aid in the development of ad copy related to campaign planning, development

What you’ll bring:

  • Proficiency in Google AdWords / Analytics

  • Expertise in PPC, SEO, SEM

  • Experience in Direct Marketing and Content Creation

  • Prior experience managing large and complex Paid Social campaigns

  • Deep understanding of how Paid Social interacts with Display Media, SEM, SEO, Affiliate, Feeds, Mobile and Attribution
