Job Description:
The Account Coordinator works directly with members of the Account Team (Account Executives, Account Directors) and Creative Teams (designers, strategists, developers) and clients to deliver marketing and advertising programs.

Proficiency in the following:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Email étiquette - brief, comprehensive composition
  • Manage projects from creative brief through delivery, working alongside copywriters, designers, developers, and strategists
  • Create project timelines and hold team accountable to them
  • Build a strong relationship with client, understand their brand and their needs, be able to translate those to the team in a detailed brief
  • Create weekly status reports and other client reports as needed
  • Assist with strategy, facilitate team meetings
  • Social media savvy - participates in a variety of social media and understands the effectiveness of each for brand marketing
  • Assist Account Team with scheduling, community management, asset creation and reporting for B2B and B2C clients
  • Great research skills - online and on phone

  • 4-year degree in marketing communications or related field, with Dean's list performance
  • 1-2 years work experience in an office or fast-paced setting

  • Understands the demands of a deadline driven business
