 About the Role: 

Dialpad has a fantastic opportunity for a Training Specialist in the Austin area to join our Professional Services (PS) organization.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about being in a ‘Teaching’ role and enjoys conducting classroom style training.

About you: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a Product expert for Dialpad! Facilitate engaging training programs (general & specialized) for Dialpad customers on Dialpad’s products.

  • Ensure all prep is completed prior to Training sessions - Relevant curriculum is prepared, Webinar sessions are set up, communications have been sent etc.

  • Partner with business leaders to keep up with product changes, and define internal processes to create and deliver effective training content.

  • Deliver a wide-range of technical training programs via remote & on-site instructor-led training, and contributing to video & e-learning content. 

  • Track and analyze course evaluations and training program effectiveness, adjusting training materials based on results. 

  • Improve product adoption by providing end-user training to new and existing customers. 

  • Up to 25% Travel in the US

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • 2 -4 years of presenting or instructing an audience for training purposes (preferably at a Software company), or public speaking

  • Highly proficient with G-Suite; Training certification preferred

  • Experienced with creating instructional materials, planning and directing classroom training, and electronic learning; Strong program/project management skills

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
