As a (4-6 month contract) Technical Talent Sourcer, you’ll be charged with finding unique candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of scrappiness and a diversity of thought to all that they do. You are excited to develop a strong pipeline of talent that will fuel the growth and success of Dialpad. Our Technical Talent Sourcer will hold the keys to our success - you will be an essential piece to our ability to hit our hiring metrics and exceed expectations. The ideal candidate will view this as a one of a kind growth opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a constant pipeline of qualified sales and marketing candidates

  • Create new ways to source passive talent

  • Manage outbound recruiting process - develop new ways to market to candidates in various markets

  • Partner with senior recruiters to hit hiring metrics and goals

Requirements

  • 1+ years sourcing and/or recruiting experience required preferably with a technical recruiting focus - candidate will come from a start-up environment OR staffing agency setting 

  • Basic understanding of technical language, coding principles, current engineering trends and current tech recruiting landscape

  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors

  • A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
