Dialpad is looking for a field marketing leader that will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to drive business opportunities, pipeline and ensure the seamless coordination and execution of marketing programs. As Dialpad’s Senior Manager of Field Marketing, strategic planning coupled with quick execution are required to succeed. You must have a deep understanding of our markets and customers to plan, organize, and execute programs that generate opportunities within Dialpad’s enterprise accounts. This highly visible role will uncover meaningful learnings from the field and drive quantifiable and scalable growth opportunities results that will be shared across the company.
Develop a deep understanding of Dialpad’s business and build the right marketing plans and programs in support of Marketing and Sales stakeholder objectives
Act as a primary marketing contact with Sales team and leaders, including regular participation in sales team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions
Partner with senior Sales and Marketing leadership to help set the field marketing strategy and then develop segment-specific quarterly field marketing plans to supports sales pipeline and revenue goals and grow Dialpad’s customer base
Execute holistic marketing programs designed to meet sales objectives which include webinars, roadshows, events, trade shows, communication campaigns, content...etc. which will enable us to scale each of our sales segments
Forecast, measure and analyze impact of programs on opportunity creation, pipeline, sales cycles; produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and segment success.
Minimum 7 years experience in a field marketing programs role (B2B Saas preferred)
Previous experience managing people, aligning team strategies and driving unified results across direct reports
Demonstrated success in marketing planning, field marketing, event management, and project/ campaign management
Experience in working closely with sales and account teams to develop collaborative marketing plans
Proven knowledge of industry tools preferred, such as SFDC and Marketo
Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize on their own, and delegate tasks when appropriate
Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and manage multiple programs at one time
Ability to manage budgets and vendors
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
A high performer with a positive attitude who is team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
