Senior Manager, Marketing Demand Generation

The role:

Dialpad is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Demand Generation that will own and drive pipeline growth to get more companies across the world using and loving Dialpad.

In this role you will lead the team that is responsible for Dialpad’s demand generation efforts through paid, organic, digital, and offline channels.

Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, this role is an exciting opportunity to be a strategic part of a fast growing, high volume marketing team. The ability to handle a high volume of programs in a fast paced and creative environment is critical to success.


  • Lead a team of marketers to drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities

  • Create and own a demand generation strategy leveraging a portfolio of new and existing programs including SEM/SEO, email marketing, lead nurturing, webinars, events, and other programs.

  • Lead the development, execution and optimization of all campaigns, crunching the numbers and communicating results

  • Work with Sales and Marketing leadership on creative strategies for improving pipeline velocity


Creative, Collaborative, and Curious person with:

  • 4-6 Years of experience  managing integrated marketing campaigns within a fast paced high-tech company

  • An established track record of successful lead generation, nurture, and drip marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of B2B online marketing tactics and marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua as well as

  • Experience in online email marketing and sales programs optimization through A/B testing

  • Experience with running email campaigns for large customer lists

  • Brings a strong work ethic; takes the initiative and think creatively to get the job done

  • Strong organization, planning and project management skills with experience managing external vendors and agencies
