The Sales Operations Sr. Analyst will play a critical role on the Sales Operations team, leading day-to-day activities to support overall strategic planning and operational cadence for the sales and extended organization.
The selected candidate will work in close partnership with sales, channels, customer success and operations leadership and help maintain/enhance the key operating sales models using Anaplan and Domo. Projects range from Sales Forecast model, Pipeline analytics, Funnel analytics models and other custom performance analysis, scalable reporting infrastructure, and the packaging of findings and recommendations into presentation-ready content for business partners.
The successful candidate will possess a passion for creating scalable, repeatable analytics, and innovative analysis, and the wherewithal to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers. The candidate will be comfortable with both the interaction with sales leadership as well as the hours of data validation, clean-up, and analysis in preparation.
Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and design reporting packages that delivery insights and recommendations to business partners
Lead ad-hoc projects and analysis to drive business process improvements and initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with extended team to solve business problems and increase customer satisfaction to maximize growth potential
Help maintain Salesforce, Anaplan and DOMO dashboards
Sales Forecasting model
Sales Pipeline model
Sales Productivity model
Territory and Quota Model
3-5+ years direct experience in Sales Operations and 7+ years overall experience, Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering Proficient in quantitative analysis, Excel and logical reasoning. Masters Degree is a plus.

Domain Expert: Working knowledge of relational databases, strong knowledge of Excel, Salesforce.com, Anaplan and has the ability to become an expert in Domo full product suite. SQL, Access knowledge is an extra plus.
Technically Savvy: You do not shy away from opportunities to get into technology and you can learn it quickly.
