The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role on the Sales Operations team, working on day-to-day activities to support overall strategic planning and operational cadence for the sales organization.

The selected candidate will work in close partnership with sales and operations leadership and help develop the key operating sales models using Anaplan and Domo. Projects range from Sales Forecast model, Pipeline analytics, Funnel analytics models, MRM and other custom performance analysis, scalable reporting infrastructure, and the packaging of findings into presentation-ready content for sales executives.

The successful candidate will possess a passion for creating scalable, repeatable analytics, and innovative analysis, and the wherewithal to develop findings and recommendations that transcend the numbers. The candidate will be comfortable with both the interaction with sales leadership as well as the hours of data validation, clean-up, and analysis in preparation.


  • Help build and maintain Dialpad SPM models using Anaplan and DOMO

    • Sales Forecasting model

    • Sales Pipeline model

    • Sales Productivity model

    • Sales Capacity Model

    • Territory and Quota Model

    • OVT [Integrated Funnel View]

  • Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and design reporting packages to deliver to C-suite and sales leaders

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis for sales leaders and employees to explain earnings (and earning potential)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish reporting standards.

  • Proactively interact with Sales and other areas of the business to continuously find ways to improve processes that will increase customer satisfaction and maximize potential growth.


  • 2+ years experience in Sales Operations, and or Marketing Operations, Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering Proficient in quantitative analysis, Excel and logical reasoning. Masters Degree is a plus.

  • Problem Solver:  You love tackling the most difficult of challenges and know how to get to the best solution.

  • Detail oriented: Nothing gets overlooked when it comes to you.

  • Hungry: Proactive mindset and strong initiative. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.

  • Domain Expert: Working knowledge of relational databases, strong knowledge of Excel,, Anaplan and has the ability to become an expert in Domo full product suite. SQL, Access knowledge is an extra plus

  • Technically Savvy: You do not shy away from opportunities to get into technology and you can learn it quickly.
