As a Recruiting Sourcer, you’ll be charged with finding unique candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of scrappiness and a diversity of thought to all that they do. You are excited to develop a strong pipeline of talent that will fuel the growth and success of Dialpad. Our Recruiting Sourcer will hold the keys to our success - you will be an essential piece in our ability to hit our hiring metrics and exceed expectations. Drive a constant pipeline of qualified sales and marketing candidates
Create new ways to source passive talent
Manage outbound recruiting process - develop new ways to market to candidates in various markets
Partner with senior recruiters to hit hiring metrics and goals
1+ years sourcing and/or recruiting experience, preferably with a sales or generalist recruiting focus - candidate will come from a start-up environment OR staffing agency setting required
Basic understanding of sales language, compensation, techniques and methodologies
Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
Familiarity with the sales and technology markets
A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
