About the role: 

Dialpad is looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager who will bring their passion for Product Management over to the most modern Pre-IPO Telephony start up in the Bay!  In this role, you will own the roadmap and drive feature delivery for our cutting edge Sales Enablement product, Dialpad Sell.  The right person will be technically savvy and business process-oriented when it comes to bridging the gap between our product, marketing and engineering teams. Ideally, you've been a PM for a software product and are comfortable operating in an agile environment. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively set the roadmap for the Product

  • Work with Design and Engineering to define a simple, elegant user experience and represent the user’s interests in the Product Development process 

  • Manage new features and weekly releases through the full project lifecycle and provide ongoing support even after launch

  • Measure and analyze product metrics, feature adoption, customer needs, and business opportunities to guide the product feature creation and optimize user experience

  • Identify product and technical issues and actively develop and track solutions

  • Constantly interact with customers to stay abreast of industry needs, trends and best practices, quickly come up to speed on their technologies, manage multiple schedules and drive issues to resolution

  • Keep track of all requirements and test processes coming several sources to understand applicability to the product

 About You: 

  • 5+ years experience in product management, preferably in a SAAS company, with experience leading the product vision and an ability to drive product planning, push development, and release products

  • Experience working with or at a sales enablement platform

  • Worked closely with customers    

  • Good presentation skills    

  • Track record of success in previous job

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends

  • Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities & business needs. Startup experience a plus.

  • BS/BA in Engineering or similar field is a plus

  • Experience with VoIP services is also a plus
