About the role:
We are seeking a Content Marketer to plan and create compelling content that builds brand awareness and adds value to our customers. As a Content Marketer at Dialpad you will spend most of your day researching and writing blog posts, social media posts, emails, landing pages, web copy, and ebooks. You will also own organic social media and interact frequently with our followers. You’ll also be involved with bringing our brand to life and redefining the space.
Create/maintain whitepapers, ebooks, sales collaterals, customer stories, website and other long-form content with compelling calls-to-action to drive awareness, sales processes, and leads/opportunities
Write frequent blog posts to attract site visitors and improve search engine rankings.
Manage end to end content creation—including fact-checking, editing, and obtaining publishing approval.
Develop and schedule social media posts, as well as manage day-to-day customer engagement to increase engagement and grow our audience
Develop a content measurement plan to inform content strategy and communicate content performance
Ensure all external content maintains a high level of quality, features a consistent tone and style, and supports and reinforces key messages for given audience at each stage of the sales funnel
Work cross-functionally with web, product, design and sales teams to understand business objectives and drive content creation
Bring in a continuous stream of content ideas and manage the Dialpad editorial calendar
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Fluent in speaking and writing both Japanese and English, preferred
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B technology space
Proven ability to write high-quality, long and short-form content
Capable of handling Adobe illustrator, photoshop and indesign software
Ability to adapt writing style to varying target audiences and content formats
Knowledge of content marketing metrics and reporting
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively and balance multiple, disparate work streams
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and results
