Dialpad is looking for a business savvy, “roll up your sleeves” HR partner to help impact a fast-growing and successful business. This role will have high visibility within our organization and requires a collaborative professional with initiative and tenacity. The right candidate will not only have strong leadership skills, but can demonstrate a sense of urgency and be proactive in their approach with all levels of the oragnization. This individual should possess an executive presence and gravitas necessary to gain the trust and confidence of executive leaders and management staff. They will demonstrate highly effective communication, organization and will champion the company’s core values.

Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our leadership team and support the business strategy and overall growth
Develop appropriate HR and administrative policies and programs to support a growing, entrepreneurial and fast-paced business
Work with the HR team to help define strategy in order to drive a culture of high employee engagement and accountability
Implement management development programs, and trainings that are targeted at empowering managers to positively and effectively manage their teams in a way that fosters a positive workplace culture and aligns with our company values
Oversee ongoing performance management for both managers and employees in all business functions
Continually assess the competitiveness and equity of company programs and practices across our all offices and against relevant companies, industries, regions, and markets
Ensure legal compliance is continually being met and drive resolution for complex employee issues
BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred
Minimum 8+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years of experience leading the direction of the HR function for a growing company in a relevant industry
SPHR, SHRM-SCP Certification is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices
Hands-on experience with all functional areas of HR including Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training / Development, Terminations, Policy Formulation, etc.
Demonstrated experience managing, developing, coaching, evaluating, and retaining employees. Ability to lead, influence, and motivate individuals and teams
Adept at managing geographically dispersed teams across different time zones and cultures
Tactful collaboration and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize with others and anticipate, respond, and pivot to the needs of the employees and business
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
