Dialpad is looking for a full-time Human Resources Specialist to help us scale our organization in all aspects of human resources including HR operations, benefit administration, policy development, HR systems and compliance. We are seeking someone who has a passion for getting things done, takes ownership, has great attention to detail, and is committed to being a valuable resource to employees throughout our growing organization.This role is a high-touch, employee-centric role that will provide an incredible opportunity for growth, experience and visibility to all areas of human resources. This role will report to the HR Operations Manager.

Own and design employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, personnel changes, leaves of absences and compliance
Provide ongoing support to all employees globally
Manage employee benefit program, including health benefits, open enrollment, 401(k), perks and wellness
Support and maintain data integrity for HR analytics & reporting with a high degree of accuracy
Manage and improve key HR tools, processes and workflows to keep our organization running smoothly
Support people programs involving employee experience, engagement, learning & development, performance management, recognition, and communication
Identify opportunities for improvement and assist with communication, implementation and change management of various programs and initiatives
A go-getter who can own a project with varying levels of instruction and run with it
Enthusiasm and willingness to be a team player
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or in a related field
At least 1-2 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a high technology company
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably with BambooHR
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize with other and anticipate, respond, and pivot to the needs of the employees and business
You are a problem solver, not problem finder
You have a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with total discretion
You understand employment laws and best practices
A sense of humor is a must :)
