As Director of Marketing, you are a highly effective communicator and inspiring team leader who is equally excited about working on tasks as well as strategizing with a team. We are looking for a seasoned professional with B2B Enterprise software experienced who can translate business objectives into strategies and project plans.
Lead a team of marketers across Content Marketing, Demand Generation, and Web
Partner with Sales leadership to co-develop a holistic go-to-market strategy
Drive development of company and product brands and overall positioning and messaging
Develop data-driven decision-making culture to effectively optimize inbound and online funnels
Collaborate internally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA, a plus
10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B technology space
Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs including budget management
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively and balance multiple, disparate work streams
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and results
