We’re seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager for the NYC area who can leverage their selling skills to uncover and develop new opportunities and expand our enterprise-level customer base within the NYC and Northeast region. The ideal candidate for this individual contributor role will thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment while managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives, knowing how to navigate complex deals with multiple decision makers and having a love for the thrill of the hunt is a recipe for success in this role!
Learning and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Dialpad products
Qualifying inbound commercial leads via phone and chat to create new business opportunities to fuel Dialpad’s Commercial Sales Pipeline and Growth Worldwide
Working to have a variety of touches (Call, Email, Social, etc.) on all inbound leads in your assigned territory
Uncovering unmet customer needs and incorporate customer feedback to drive better overall product experience
Collaborating with and leveraging teammates to develop follow-up lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities in regional areas
Conducting high-level discovery and conversations with Senior Executives
Managing, tracking, and reporting on all activities and results using Salesforce
Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, possessing the ability to maintain control of communication length and direction and articulate under pressure
Brings a strong work ethic; takes the initiative and think creatively to get the job done
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively and balance multiple, disparate work streams
