Dialpad is looking for a temporary Business Analyst in Austin, TX that has the ability to partner with and support our sales and finance teams. In this role, the BA will be handling a variety of compensation planning, coordination, and payment tracking/reporting for Sales representatives and partners. This will be a role that that will allow the right candidate to strengthen their existing knowledge while building additional business and professional skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
Managing compensation payments for all people on variable salaries using Xactly Express and google sheets
Preparing reports in Salesforce and analyzing data in google sheets for booking validation and compensation
Booking validation consistent with double checking that signed orders and add-ons match information in Salesforce and CSR (internal ERP)
Preparing and analyzing Partner commissions, working closely with Outwork representative and the VP of Channel
Validating payment information in CSR and Intacct before releasing Partner commissions
Escalating any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact the services being provided.
Handling Ad-Hoc sales reports required by the Finance Field Sales Manager
- 4-5 years work experience in related area
- Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Math or any related field
- Strong written and verbal communication - must possess a strong ability to interact and connect with various facets of the organization and external stakeholders
- Possess excellent business judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience prioritizing and communicating priorities effectively
- Ability to stay organized and focused in an ever-changing environment
