Administrative Support Position

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience working in an administrative support position in construction and/or commercial real estate industry

  • To provide administrative support to principals, CEO and Development Director 

  • Base salary commensurate with experience

  • Local candidates only


  • Manage calendars including scheduling meetings, conference calls

  • Understanding of the concepts and procedures to provide administrative support related to capital projects, commercial and residential property management, development, construction, property acquisition and sale

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail/Google Calendar, Box and and QuickBooks 


  • Manage calendars including scheduling meetings, conference calls 

  • Prepare and process expense reports 

  • Assist with preparation and execution of purchase and sale agreements, leases, construction contracts, purchase orders, change orders and other similar documents 

  • Assist with processing of draw requests related to construction projects, verifying appropriate insurance coverage is obtained, updating and maintaining project budgets and timelines

  • Track construction plans for review. Verify plan review letters, make necessary corrections and circulate to project teams in a timely manner 

  • Set up and maintenance of departmental, management and/or construction files related to contracts, documents, correspondence, agreements, reports 

  • Distribute any other communication to project teams
    Track insurance expirations 

  • Responsible for the creation of Excel spreadsheets/Word documents as required by job duties


  • Attend meetings, take notes and draft written meeting summaries 

  • Draft correspondence, memos and reports

  • Screen and respond to inquiries from vendors, contractors, brokers, investors


  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Gmail, Google Calendar

  • Box and Drop Box

  • QuickBooks and bookkeeping/accounting principles

  • Internet functionality including Google Maps, information searches, database searches
