Bookkeeper- Full Time:

Responsible for recording financial transactions which includes:
- Producing invoices
- Recording sales receipts and deposit incoming cash and checks
- Processing payroll and related records including tax payments
- Writing and recording checks to vendors and lenders
- Processing and Recording wire transfer payments
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Properly transferring money between accounts internally
- Filing paper records to validate electronic data
- Monitoring budget and cash flow comparing to actual income and expenses
- Maintaining accurate manufacturing parts, freight and labor expenses
- Financially keeps record of organization's assets and their accounting value
This job requires attention to detail, using a system of checks and balances to prevent mistakes, and keeping an organized electronic and paper trail that is easy to access and search. This job also requires a positive attitude, working constructively with all company employees and performing other office duties required by management.
The applicant must be experienced and proficient using the following accounting and office software:
- QuickBooks Enterprise
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
