About Us:

Traverse City area business seeking a qualified Administrative Support team member.



Full-time position.

At least 3 years' recent professional office experience in accounting, finance or related setting desired. 

Complex, multiple software programs pertaining to accounting field. Responsibilities involve high documentation and financial statement processing and production as well as use of scanning and mail systems.  Technology savvy and eager to learn new computer programs.  Experience with Microsoft Office programs.

Organized and able to work well with due dates and deadlines.

Candidate should display excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to be responsible for major assignments in a team environment.
