A/R Administrator

Commercial General Contractor is looking for a strong experienced individual whose duties will include but not limited to the following; A/R, filing, phones, collections, min. 3+ years experience with Quickbooks Enterprise and familiar with AIA Contracts, must be organized with the ability to pay attention to detail. If you have these qualities; submit your resume for review - we are looking forward to finding the right person to join our TEAM.

Fluency in English is REQUIRED. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work M-F. We do E-Verify and Drug test. Pay depends on experience.
