Your challenge: 

As the Director of Client Services at Definitive Healthcare your mission will be to drive the growth of our client services organization as a part of our Customer Experience Team. You will lead a team of customer support representatives, trainers and integration engineers to ensure clients are given all the resources they need to be successful and drive value with our products,

Here are the things you will tackle:

  • Nurture and grow a diverse team of client services employees
  • Collaborate across the organization to mature our account management processes and tools
  • Develop deep, trusted-advisor relationships with the partners in our client organizations
  • Help to build out core capabilities that will allow Definitive to successfully manager and grow client relationships at scale
  • Facilitate the reduction of process barriers, technology constraints, or resource constraints by directing and influencing the activities of other internal departments
  • Collect, analyze and present all appropriate program data to improve performance on all programs.
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress of projects and initiatives, escalate critical issues to management when necessary. 


What you’ll need:

  • 8-10 years of experience working in a Client Services capacity at a technology or software company
  • 3+ years of experience in a management capacity
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, ChurnZero, and other Customer Success platforms
  • Ability to strategically understand business problems and map to potential solutions
