Job Requirements

• Full-time access to a vehicle
• Minimum of a non-GDL driver’s license

Earning Potential

• Competitive Pay: $18–$25/hour (based on skill & efficiency)
• Average Summer Earnings: $9,000 (May–August)

At the start of employment, you’ll meet with the company owner to set your financial goal and build a strategy to reach it. With hands-on training and one-on-one coaching, 90% of first-year painters are working at a near-professional level within two weeks.
