Job Description
Purpose:
Process all whole goods-related transactions (receipt, tagging, settlements, invoicing, delivery receipts, etc.) timely and accurately, assist in ensuring the dealership is utilizing all available programs/discounts, and ensure customers are properly invoiced. Support company through data analysis report preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Verifies the completeness and accuracy of sales information such as customer information, equipment quantity, dollar and tax amounts, application of all eligible programs/discounts, payoff information, and floor plan information needed for all settlements and invoicing
- Processes all delivery receipts and warranty registrations
- Records retail notes, bonuses, rentals and other purchase information into the dealer business system
- Ensures all additional customer purchases are activated (i.e. PowerGard, JD Link, etc.)
- Enters equipment records into business system
- Tracks orders to ensure all billing discounts are claimed according to process
- Manages equipment invoices to dealership and assigns individual identifiers
- Coordinates any shortage orders on wholegoods
- Processes and stays current on DCNR paperwork requirements
- Handles MCO requests
- Coordinates dealer to dealer transfer logistics and store to store transfers
- Support as sales fill in across all locations when needed
- Loads John Deere rentals (including rental returns) into JD Set
- Point person for all inventory audits
- Special projects assigned by Sales Management
- Supports sales departments and other locations for equipment management
