Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate Technical Recruiter to help us identify, assess and hire the best and the brightest talent in the region who want to impact technology. The right candidate can successfully manage, prioritise and close searches against a timeline. Besides, you will conceive practical and creative ways to identify leading talent and invest much time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach.
Qualifications:
- Five years of recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
- 2-year sales recruiting experience, preferably in the Digitisation & Data Analytics space.
- Experience working in tech startups and has a track record of achieving goals in a low-structured, fast-paced environment.
- Building relationships with active and passive candidates of all levels.
- Relentless passion and drive to find and connect with the best talent.
- Proven experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline
- Expert knowledge and experience running searches with Boolean, Linked In and Entello.
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- Must have a positive attitude and capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Passionate, driven mentality with the readiness to jump right in and go. Keep relations warm.
- Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify potential opportunities for the future.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, mail, calendar, apps, and Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- BS BA degree
Responsibilities:
- Effective understanding of requirements
- Building effective relationships with key departments to gain buy-in
- Continuous improvement of responses based on lessons learned
- Development and maintenance of collateral to support proposals and marketing channels
- Pipeline and opportunity reporting
- Liaison with external and internal stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree educated (ideally English Literature) or journalistic/professional writing
- Experience in establishing, coordinating and updating Knowledge Management database systems
- Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
- Knowledge of IT and Software systems
