Arabic Speaking Data Scientist

Position Overview

We're seeking an exceptional Arabic-speaking Data Scientist to join our elite analytics team. This pivotal role combines advanced technical capabilities with native-level Arabic language skills to serve our prestigious regional client base. The ideal candidate will bridge cultural and linguistic nuances while delivering sophisticated data-driven solutions tailored to MENA market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cutting-edge machine learning models optimized for Arabic-language datasets
• Uncover valuable insights from diverse data sources, with particular emphasis on Arabic text analysis and natural language processing
• Design predictive algorithms that solve complex business challenges unique to MENA region organizations
• Partner directly with clients to transform business requirements into powerful data science applications
• Create compelling data visualizations and present findings to stakeholders in both Arabic and English
• Conduct sophisticated sentiment analysis and NLP tasks on Arabic social media content and customer feedback
• Develop robust anomaly detection systems for Arabic-language content monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in applied data science, machine learning, or comparable technical roles
• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Professional-level English communication skills
• Advanced programming capabilities in Python and mastery of essential libraries:
  • pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
  • TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
  • Arabic NLP frameworks (NLTK Arabic, CAMeL Tools, AraBERT)
• Proficient SQL skills and database management experience
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis and machine learning methodologies
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn)

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative discipline
• Specialized expertise in Arabic computational linguistics and Arabic NLP
• Proficiency with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
