The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be dependable, have strong attention to detail, and be willing to deliver excellent service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct field services of maintenance and cleaning in IT facilities
• Ensure our warehouse and vehicles are stocked with necessary materials
• Perform minor floor repairs and product installations in the field
• Write service reports following established guidelines
• Lead on a job site

Desired Qualifications:

• Work well independently, but thrive with a team
• Like steady work, but a flexible work schedule
• Like to travel and occasionally spend the night in a hotel
• Love to work with your hands (mechanically inclined) equipment/auto maintenance skills a bonus
• Thrive on seeing a finished project
• Take pride in your attention to detail almost as much as your attendance record
• Scoff at terms like “physically demanding” and “able to lift 30 pounds”
• Spatial intelligence, good logic and problem-solving
• Desires a position that offers many different responsibilities
• Computer skills
• Customer service skills
