UX / UI Designer

Based in Allen, a small city North of Dallas, Cytracom is a dynamic, high-growth technology company that provides cloud-based voice services to thousands of businesses across the country. The UX / UI Designer position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of both our marketing assets, the content created to support our VoIP solution as well as the creative design for our portal and product suite. From concept through execution, you will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touch points.


  • Creative freedom to design the brand look and feel for a rapidly growing company!

  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more).

  • Collaborate with engineering team to design digital assets for our online portal, products, and mobile applications.

  • Manage other design needs such as print and digital ads, presentations, signage, and trade show collateral as needed.

  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.

  • Scope and create design templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in our engagements through social media, blogs, email, and other channels.


  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.

  • Past work either as an in-house designer or at a marketing agency. We require work samples to apply for this position.

  • This position must create assets for our web team that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens.

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or similar technologies.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a major plus.
