Sales Engineer (SE’s) are technical relationship specialists that act as liaison between product & sales, both internally & externally. They serve to fulfill our promise of VoIP made simple. They discover customer & partner needs, and present our technical & sales value proposition. SE’s serve all large opportunities as a resource that helps close deals. They find opportunities to position the company, the sales team, the partners, and our customers to win.
- Will be responsible for influencing a set amount of new monthly MRR
- Providing technical Demos to potential new customers
- Responsible for meeting call and meeting quotas on a weekly basis
- Review and maintain reports on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
- Confident and comfortable on the phone
- Ability to build relationships
