The Marketing Technical Operations Manager mission is building, managing, and expanding Cytracom’s marketing automation and technology stack.  This role requires working cross-functionally with the marketing and channel team.  This person will thrive in solving complex marketing technology challenges and will be the subject matter in all things MarTech.


  • Create and optimize all aspects of programs and automation within Hubspot including developing Marketing Campaigns, creating Smart Lists, uploading lead lists and data clean-up.

  • Manage, maintain, and develop new pages for the external website (

  • Help map the prospect and customer journey using lead scoring, nurture streams, lead routing, automation and emails throughout the buyer's journey.

  • Supports marketers in learning to leverage the automation capabilities of the marketing tools and in carrying out continuous cycles of analysis and improvement for marketing activity.

  • Ensure consistent and effective use of Hubspot for lead management and reporting and provide services around Hubspot as needed.

  • Assist with and provide insights into database optimization including list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within Marketing databases.

  • Manage strategy for growth and improve the quality of the contact database (prospect and customer) to enable effective customer segmentation and profiling.

  • Work with the team to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization and to improve performance benchmarks.

  • Oversee technical stack integration, deployments, maintenance and business rules which include marketing databases and campaign management tools.

  • Help manage the Marketing Automation roadmap, keep abreast of industry trends and work with senior management across Marketing to outline a long-term vision for evolving tech-stack and processes.

  • Ensure all current marketing technology is fully leveraged and optimized across programs and applications.

  • Establish and implement best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development testing, data integrity, etc.
