Channel Engagement Manager 

Cytracom, a leading VOIP solutions provider, is looking for energetic individuals with technology sales experience (preferred) to join our growing channel accounts team.  The Channel Engagement Manager is responsible for recruiting, qualifying, onboarding, and enabling relationships with targeted partners.  This role requires the facilitation of weekly webinars, partner consultations, and ongoing sales engagement via telephone.  Qualified applicants may be required to travel to industry events (nationwide) monthly.

Main Duties

  • Identify, engage, and recruit new partners into the Cytracom Partner Program
  • Achieve quota by creating revenue opportunities with new partners
  • Facilitate weekly channel engagement and partner enablement efforts
  • Develop new business via active OUTBOUND call campaigns
  • Call, track, and log all activities to maintain accuracy of CRM/PRM and forecasting systems
  • Develop understanding of partner pain points, investment areas, profitability factors
  • Effectively articulate & present the core tenets of the Cytracom Partner Program
  • Willingness to travel is required

Experience and Skills

  • Experience recruiting, onboarding and managing channel partners in a technology environment
  • Knowledge of industry, including competitors, market needs and trends.
  • Understanding of the Managed Services Provider (MSP) community and channel sales
  • Strong Presentation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Technical background and / or degree (preferred)
