Client Services Account Manager

Job Description

CWC Inc is currently searching for an outgoing Client Services Account Manager to execute hands-on support and sales of client services. Responsibilities will include educating and exciting customers on the benefits and differentiators of our available services. This entry level position will be provided full training and become proficient in each available service, qualifying customers to match the best service to the customer needs, demonstrate user interface for each service and assist the customer through the activation process. The Client Services Account Manager is a well rounded combination of promotions, sales, and customer service know how.

  • Communicate effectively plans, features, products and services to a variety of customers

  • Meet or exceed sales goals

  • Build productive relationships with customers and clients

  • Represent clients in a professional manner at all times

  • Establishing and managing critical relationships with national customers

  • Developing and managing positive business relationships with management and employees at assigned partner locations

  • Maintaining sound knowledge of client products and services

  • Attending requested training sessions and conference calls

  • Reviewing new product and service offerings from clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated success in a comparable customer-facing position

  • Intermediate technology skills with Microsoft Office and general Applications

  • Strong problem solving, influence, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior experience in customer service and sales

  • Comfortable making presentations regularly and interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis in meetings and phone interactions
