1. Pre-Screening Assessment
You will be invited to visit our Davao City branch to complete a variety of on-line screening assessments. This initial step in our hiring process will take about 2 hours to complete. Feel free to dress comfortably and bring any non-alcoholic beverages / snacks, pens and scratch paper with you. Please note that you will not be permitted to use any professional materials or the internet while completing the assessments.
2. Initial Interview
Upon successfully passing the Pre-Screening Assessment, you will be contacted to complete an initial interview with our Human Resources personnel.
3. Final Interview
Based upon the outcome of your initial interview, you will be invited back to the office and scheduled for a final interview with our Branch Director.
4. Job Offer and Requirements
If selected for hire after your final interview with our Branch Director, HR will provide you with a Job Offer and deadline to accept. Upon acceptance, you'll be provided with a list of pre-employment credentials to gather and/or complete prior to New Employee Orientation (NEO).
-Organize incoming emails, clinician charting and patients records
-Scheduling of clinicians depending on the need of the patients.
-Send emails and follow-up on emails sent to company employees.
-Check and input patient and employee data into a PDF File and complex database
-Merge, separate and upload patient’s record into a computer electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- E-Fax and follow-up medical orders to physician offices.
-Graduate of ANY 4-year course, Nursing / Physical Therapy/ Vocational Nursing or any Medical related field or Physical Therapy program is an advantage.
-At least 6 months experienced in administrative function or equivalent
-Ability to work high degree of precision, paying attention to detail, timely follow-up and close out of all matters.
-Excellent customer service and communication/interpersonal skills with all levels of company personnel.
-Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written) to minimize miscommunication and confusion regarding work-related matters
-Efficient in typing, accurate data entry and following instructions
-Thorough knowledge in utilizing the computer
-Able to successfully complete daily tasks with minimal supervision
-Strives for service excellence
-Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
