Title: Occupational Therapist
Positions Available: 2
Schedule: Part Time (32 hours p/week = 24 RVEs p/week) - comes with benefits!! or Per Diem (6 visits p/week)

Different Locations grouped together available: 

Area #1 which covers the following areas:   Fremont, Newark, Union City. Sunol, Hayward, San Lorenzo, San Leandro & Alameda

Area #3 which covers the following areas: Dublin, Pleasonton, San Ramon, Livermore

Area #4 which covers the following areas: San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Pleasant Hill, Concord and Martinez

Area #5 which covers the following areas: Clayton, Antioch, Pittsburgh, Concord, Brentwood, Discovery Bay, Oakley and Rio Vista

Area #7 which covers the following areas: Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville 

Area #8 which covers the following areas: Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington

Position Summary: Occupational therapy focuses on specific daily activities and movements. Utilizing the common items at home or special adaptive equipment, the OT will train the patient or caregiver in activities such as self-grooming, dressing, toileting and bathing. There are also advanced activities such as cooking, housekeeping, laundry and shopping that the OT is particularly geared toward. In addition to the above, the occupational therapy team focuses on community re-integration, as well as introducing patients to leisure-type activities that provide a holistic approach to treating health and wellness.

Requirements: 
Minimum 1 year Occupational Therapy experience desired
Valid California Occupational Therapist license
Reliable Transportation
CPR Certification
