The primary function of our Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) is to facilitate the overall clinical planning, development and operations of existing and future company-wide Rehab programs, training and clinical protocols. The DOR has direct oversight of Agency management personnel, as well as field personnel, to include Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech/Language Pathologists, Physical Therapist Assistants and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. In partnership with Chief Operating Officer, establishes annual budget and monitors the allocation of resources according to budgetary standards. 

Required Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Active CA Physical Therapy license. Doctorate Degree preferred. Valid BLS (basic life support) for Healthcare Providers.

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years clinical rehabilitation experience. Recent rehabilitation management experience within a home healthcare setting. Demonstrated ability to direct professional administrative personnel. Knowledge and expertise in clinical decision-making and quality management review and evaluation. Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with patient population being serviced. Has excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
