Title: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) 
Positions Available: 1
Schedule: Per Diem position available.
* Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday
Locations: Santa Clara County covers the following cities: San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mt. View, Campbell, Los Altos, Morgan Hill, Mt. Hamilton, Saratoga, Los Gatos and San Martin.

Position Summary: The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) performs only those services planned, delegated, and supervised by the Registered Occupational Therapist. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants aid in the provision of rehabilitative services for people suffering from mental, physical, emotional or developmental impairments. Occupational Therapist Assistants help clients with rehabilitative activities and exercises outlined in a treatment plan developed by an Occupational Therapist.
* Please allot for one week of training prior to seeing patients in the field.
