Title: Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
Positions Available: 1
Schedule: Full Time position available.
* Non-traditional schedules are available, i.e., Thursday-Monday
Locations: Tri-Valley, North and South Contra Costa: Tri-Valley covers the following cities: Livermore, San Ramon, Sunol, Dublin, and Pleasanton. North Contra Costa covers the following cities: Pittsburg, Discovery Bay, Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, Bethel Island, and Bay Point. South Contra Costa covers the following cities: Danville, Martinez, Moraga, Alamo, Clayton, Concord, Lafayette, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, and Walnut Creek.

Position Summary: Our Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) work under the supervision of a Nurse or Therapist to help with basic daily activities like getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, skin care, foot care, feeding/eating, assistance with ambulation/transfer, changing position in bed, light housekeeping. Our CHHA may also assist with activities that are directly supportive of skilled services, such as checking temperature, pulse, and respiration rates, assisting with exercises or repetitive routines as prescribed therapies.
