Cureatr is the leader in mobile care coordination.  Our solution provides Healthcare professionals the ability to receive alerts and communications in a HIPAA Compliant manner.  Our offices are in Tribeca – right on the edge of SoHo and Chinatown.

Responsibilities:

  • “Own” an implementation, project managing all aspects of contract start up
  • Interact externally as Cureatr “lead” with new clients and internally with sales, product and development departmental teams to facilitate contract implementation
  • Read and interpret contracts for an understanding of client requirements
  • Gather, develop and document standard and custom business requirements in the implementation work plan
  • Create and monitor project timelines and deliverables both externally and internally
  • Communicate major milestones and identify potential project risks; conduct regular status meetings (internal and external) to review project activities; manage prioritization procedures
  • When identifying risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions associated with the implementation
  • Manage and direct Cureatr’s assets to ensure all tasks and deadlines are met on each project
  • Utilize strong contract interpretation skills to manage discussion on topics such as, but not limited to clinical models, operational workflows, IT solutions, data reports, and other industry processes and procedures to ensure seamless contract implementation
  • Monitor and communicate project status using a variety of project management tools such as MS Excel, MS Project and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ensure that operational issues relating to the implementation are effectively managed, focusing on the project interface with department leaders and teams including routine interaction with client
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills required to work on multiple projects / clients simultaneously
  • Participate and lead effectively in a team environment

  • Decision making with limited information in dynamic situations
  • Ability to motivate a team or individual to achieve desired outcomes without direct supervision required

  • Consistently meet deadlines
  • Create documentation for projects as deemed appropriate by the VP of Client Services
  • Ensure that all project documents are completely archived following project completion
  • Manage all aspects of accounts from Planning, to Implementation to Adoption
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare related field
  • Healthcare related MBA major +
  • 3-5 years technology experience and related management experience in multiple business and technical processes
  • Project Management experience 3-5 years
  • High level of ability and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, JIRA
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development
  • Ability to secure cooperation from senior management and other departments
  • Impeccable follow-thru, multi-tasking, customer service
  • Extremely comfortable on mobile devices across iOS and Android
  • Comfortable in communicating in both a technical and clinical environment
  • Travel 35%
