VP of Public Relations - Home Love Construction
Reports to: CEO (Brad Bachand)
Location: Clearwater, FL (On-Site)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility for events)
Position Summary
The VP of Public Relations leads brand visibility, public image, and external relationships to drive business growth. This role focuses on strategic communication, industry recognition, and referral-based networking, with a clear path to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
PR & Brand Management: Execute PR strategies, manage messaging, align with marketing, and promote company milestones
Awards & Recognition: Identify and submit industry awards to strengthen credibility
Event Management: Plan and execute internal/external events to enhance engagement and visibility
Content & Media: Oversee video, media, and content initiatives supporting brand growth
Business Development: Build referral networks, expand reach, and generate inbound opportunities
Qualifications
Experience in PR, communications, marketing, or related field
Proven success managing events, campaigns, or public-facing initiatives
Strong communication, organization, and execution skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility role
Professional presence with strong relationship-building abilities
